Vitex negundo (Nika) - (Nirgundi) is used for rheumatic inflammation in cases of ligament sprains, bruises, injuries, rare, skin infections. Caesalpinia bonduc (Roxb)(Kumuru) - has an antibacterial, astringent effect. Oleum Pyrolaceae (Wintergreen), Ol. Cajuput, Ol. Eucalyptus, Citronella, Ol. Piper nigrum, Ol. Clove Bud, Menthol, Camphor. Uses: Colds, fever and runny nose, head, neck and back pain, rheumatic disorders, muscle pain and tension, sprains, bruises, abrasions , convulsions, insect bites, tonsillitis, local edema, dislocations, sprains. Insect bites. How to use: cold, fever and runny nose: rub a little balm in the center of the forehead, temples, back of the head and at the base of the nose; as well as dissolve a small amount of balsam in hot water and inhale the vapors. Muscles, back pain, spasms, rheumatic disorders, cramps: apply to painful places, warm compresses help to get rid of pain faster. Repeat the rubbing every 3 hours. Abdominal bloating and menstrual pain: rub a small amount of balm on the stomach, navel area, all over the stomach, sides, hips.
