This herb is often used in Ayurveda for its beneficial effects in supporting the health of the female reproductive system at all stages of life. Shatavari (asparagus) has long been used to support women by helping to alleviate pre- and post-menstrual symptoms. Asparagus root promotes blood circulation, supports the functioning of the nervous and hormonal systems.
Ingredients: The usual Asparagus (Asparagus racemosus) root powder; vegetable capsule - cellulose.

Recommended daily dose and use: 1 - 2 capsules 2 times a day during meals.
