A combination of different flavors make this classic Szechuan restaurant wok taste.
No added MSG (E 621 - Monosodium Glutamate), preservatives or artificial colors.
Ingredients: Soya oil, soybean, corn, wheat, maltodextrin (potato), garlic, ginger, sugar, sesame oil (4%), soy sauces (Water, soybeans, salt, sugar, wheat flour), tomato paste, salt, chili oleoresin (0,1%), color (caramel (150c), pepper oleoresin). Contains: soy, corn and wheat

Classic Wok Pasta in Szechuan style (approx. 4 people):
1 package of Szechuan Classic Fry Spice Paste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
250g of vegetables, chicken or beef. Cut the meat into thin slices or use minced meat.
250g mixed vegetables or tofu (cut into pieces). SAdd apples if desired.
For the vegetarian version use 565g of sweet baby corn, mushrooms and assorted vegetables of your choice.
