Haldiram's Dal Palak
Spinach with whole moong lentils and chilli.
Ingredients: water, spinach (15%), split green dal (5%), split red lentils (5%), tomatoes, onions, refined sunflower oil, fresh ginger, green chili, fresh garlic, salt, turmeric powder, coriander, red chili, cumin.
Nutritional value per 100g: energy value 321kJ/77kcal; fat 3.4g, of which saturated fatty acids 0,3g, carbohydrates 7.9g, of which sugars 0g, fiber 1.3g, protein 3g, salt 1.2g.
Cooking instructions:
*3-5 minutes: Immerse the bags in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Return the bag and serve hot.
*3-5 minutes: Return the bags, empty the contents into the pan, heat on high for 3-5 minutes, stirring, and serve hot.
*1-2 minutes: return the bags, empty the contents into a microwaveable container. Heat for 1-2 minutes and serve hot.
Storage: Store the sealed package in a cool and dry place. No need to refrigerate.
