Ingredients:vegetable mixture (70%) (mango, carrot, lime, green chili, green tomatoes, ginger), salt, sesame oil (8%), red chili powder (5%), cranberry powder, mustard powder, turmeric powder, acidity regulator, (acetic acid INS 260, citric acid INS 330), asafoetida.
Nutrition value for 100g: energy value 631kJ/151kcal, fat 9.3g, of which saturated fatty acids 1.5g, carbohydrates 13g, of which sugars 2.6g, proteins 3,7g, salt 10g.
Usage: Mix well and spoon the required amount of vegetable mixture and enjoy with rice.
Storage: Heat 4 tablespoons of sesame oil, cool and pour over the remaining mixture in a jar and store in a cool, dry place.
After opening, it is preferable to use within 30 days. Avoid direct sunlight
