Dal Tadka (Haldiram's), 300g

Lentils cooked with spices and ghee, this Dal Tadka is one of the most popular Indian dishes. This simple protein-rich dish is served with plain rice, chapati/roti or different types of bhakri (flat breads).

Ingredients: water, split red gram (red gram) 15%, tomatoes, onions, refined vegetable oil (cotton seed), split red gram (gram), fresh ginger, fresh garlic, green chili, salt, coriander powder, red chili, turmeric powder, cumin, cilantro leaves, dried chervil leaves. 

Cooking instructions:

3-5 minutes: Immerse the bags in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Cut and serve hot.

3-5 minutes: Cut the bags, empty the contents into the pan, heat on high for 3-5 minutes, stirring, and serve hot.

1-2 minutes: Cut the bags open, empty the contents into a microwaveable container. Heat for 1-2 minutes and serve hot.

Storage
Store unopened package at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, store the package in the refrigerator and use within 2-3 days.
