Korma curry paste (Indian style)
With this mixture you can quickly and easily make korma curry, a delicious Indian cuisine stew. This dish has a unique taste. Gentle sauce with cream, yogurt and almonds.
No added MSG (E 621 - Monosodium Glutamate), preservatives or artificial colors.
Ingredients: Soya bean oil, coriander, garlic, ginger, salt, onion, tomato paste, chili, turmeric, black pepper, star anise, cumin, spices, tamarind.
Korma Curry (approx. 4 people):
1 pack spice paste Indian Korma Curry
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
450 g chicken fillet cut into pieces or you can replace it with vegetables
1 cup (220 ml) water
2 tablespoons of cream, coconut cream or yogurt
2 tablespoons almond flakes or almond flour, chopped cashew nuts and fresh coriander
