Use: ¼ - ½ tsp. once or twice a day with warm water. In some cases, it is advisable to consult a specialist about doses. Not for use by women and men who wish to conceive during pregnancy!
External use: Leaf powder is made into a paste, mixed with water, used as a mask on the skin affected by acne, pumps. The mask is held for 20 minutes, then rinsed with warm water.
