Vindaloo Curry Paste (Indian Style) Vindaloo curry is a popular, spicy curry dish from southwest India. This dish goes best with naan bread or rice. No added MSG (E 621 - Monosodium glutamate), preservatives or artificial colors. Gluten-free.

1 packet of Indian vindaloo curry spice paste
450 g chicken fillet cut into pieces or you can replace it with vegetables
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
½ cup (110 ml) tomato paste or tomato pieces
½ cup (75 ml) water mint leaves for garnish (optional)
