Ingredients: Soya bean oil, chili, salt, coriander, vinegar, tomato paste, garlic, sugar, ginger, sesame oil, black pepper, cinnamon, spices, mustard, tamarind.
Vindaloo Curry (approx. 4 people):
1 pack spice paste indian vindaloo curry
450 g chicken fillet sliced or you can replace it with vegetables
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
½ cup (110 ml) tomato paste or tomato slices
½ cup (75 ml) water
mint leaves as a side dish (in your opinion)
