Hold your thumb and ring finger with your thumb (see picture). Hands extended parallel to floor with palms facing forward. Start circling your arms in small circles toward the back. Breathe in a relaxed but deep breath. Continue 1-3 minutes with eyes closed.
Usage: To make delicate Himalaya tea, pour 300ml freshly boiled water into one bag of tea. Allow to infuse for 7 minutes or longer for a stronger flavor. try a small sip of this tea before adding your favorite sweeteners.
